Good afternoon, 

South Huntington is currently hiring School Bus Monitors/Attendants.  Duties include ensuring the safety and order of students while on the school bus, assisting with boarding and exiting, managing behavior, and ensuring passengers are seated. Candidates must satisfy the requirements for School Bus Monitor/Attendant set forth in the Rules and Regulations by the NYS Commissioner of Education. 

Tentative hours for these positions are 6:30AM – 9:30AM and 1:30PM – 4:30PM, six hours guaranteed. Salary for this position is as per contract.
